Holiday Menus

For Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve, Del Mar will offer its regular menu with the addition of holiday and seasonal specials such as Alcachofas a la Brasa with Mahon Cheese and White Truffles; Roasted Local Turkey with Whipped Potatoes, Chestnut Stuffing, and Wild Mushroom Gravy; and Arroz de Verduras with Artichokes, Chestnuts, Kabocha Squash, and Chanterelle Mushrooms. On Christmas Eve the menu will also include Icelandic Sea Urchin with Poached Shigoku Oysters, and Caviar; and Arroz Meloso with Wild Scorpionfish and Red King Prawns.
